Coach Brett Ball
Welcome to Blue Marble Fitness! I’m Brett Ball, a multi-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Born and raised in Oregon, I founded Blue Marble Fitness with the goal of improving lives through fitness.
Drawing on my Degrees in Kinesiology, Sociology, and Public Health, as well as my experience in the weight room and kitchen, I’ve developed a company dedicated to listening to clients and providing attentive, goal-centered services.
My fitness journey began at a young age with basketball, instilling in me a love for sports and physical activity. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from being a collegiate athlete to an athletic coach and mentor. I currently focus on weightlifting, finding it to be a sport that challenges me both mentally and physically. Years ago, I embarked on my own fitness journey which continues to evolve and inspire me today.
When I’m not in the gym training clients or working on my own fitness goals, you can find me tackling home projects, furthering my fitness education, or spending quality time with family and friends. I live a simple life filled with the things I love: Family, friends, fitness and laughter.
